Cookie Policy
Which cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them, and how to manage your choices.
Updated: 8 July 2026 Effective: 8 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Soleadify Inc. d/b/a Veridion ("Veridion," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, applications, the API Playground, the Market Research tool, and other online services (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device to recognize your browser or device, remember your preferences, enable functionality, and understand how the Site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels/web beacons, tags, local storage, and software development kits, which we refer to collectively with cookies as "cookies" in this Policy.
When you visit the Site, our servers and those of our service providers may automatically record information such as your IP address, browser type, referring and exit pages and URLs, page loads and clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and the time and date of use. We may link this information to information you submit while on the Site.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the Site to function, for example to authenticate you, keep you signed in to your account or the API Playground, secure the Site, and remember your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
Functional cookies. Enable enhanced functionality, such as supporting our embedded forms and chat widget. If you do not allow these, some features may not work properly.
Analytics/performance cookies. Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can measure and improve it, for example which pages are visited and how users move through the Site. We use PostHog and HubSpot for this purpose (see below). Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them; if you decline, we may still measure aggregate usage in a privacy-preserving, cookieless way that does not identify you and stores nothing on your device.
We do not currently use advertising or cross-site targeting cookies on the Site.
The cookies and similar technologies below reflect the services the Site uses. Durations are typical values and may vary as providers update their technologies. Which non-essential cookies are actually set depends on your consent choices.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are placed by third parties that provide services on our behalf. We do not control these cookies, and their use is governed by the third party's own policies.
PostHog. We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. Our PostHog data is hosted in the European Union, and analytics traffic is sent first-party through our own domain. PostHog sets analytics cookies only after you accept them; if you decline, PostHog runs in a cookieless mode that counts visits using a privacy-preserving, rotating server-side identifier and does not store anything on your device.
HubSpot. We use HubSpot for forms and chat. HubSpot sets cookies to recognize returning visitors, remember form interactions, and support the chat widget.
Web beacons. Some of our emails contain small electronic images ("web beacons") used to let us know whether an email or a link in it has been opened, so we can gauge the effectiveness of our communications.
4. Your choices and how to manage cookies
Consent banner. We show a cookie banner on your first visit. You can accept or reject analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer. If you reject, we do not set analytics cookies; we may still count visits in a privacy-preserving, cookieless way that does not identify you. Strictly necessary cookies are always set because the Site cannot function without them.
Browser controls. You can also set your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, delete cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. Rejecting or disabling cookies may limit your ability to use parts of the Site.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Our practices operate as described in this Policy whether or not we receive such a signal.
6. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in legal requirements. We will post the updated Policy with a new "Updated" date. Please review it periodically.
